We offer cost-effective manufacturing solutions for automotive, air conditioning, and other applications through chipless swaging and tube end forming processes. Our swaging machines are best suited for making high quality connector pins and attaching pipe fittings as well as small mechanical components.

The Carson swaging machine at our job shop can handle tube or bar stock with outer diameters ranging up to 1/2″. Custom swaged parts can be manufactured from a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, titanium, copper, brass, and aluminum. Tubes with outer diameters ranging from 3/8” through 3 1/8” can be expanded with a BCX-3 tube expander. We produce swaged components with high repeatability and dimensional accuracy.
