We can turn parts made from steel, stainless steel, and copper. Automated bar stock feeding and multi-tool stations in Ikegai CNC lathes allow us to handle high volume production runs. Parts up to 15″ in length are turned in our Mazak CNC lathes.

Tight tolerances of up to 0.0002 inches can be achieved on all parts. We specialize in precision turning components used in automotive and aerospace industries. Complete design assistance is offered for customers. Existing designs are accepted in both DXF and PDF formats. SPC quality control procedures ensure high quality in all machining jobs. Dimensional accuracy of the turned components is checked on our Mitutoya CMM Machine. Additional tests to check the hardness of a turned part are also performed.
