Long, straight holes with diameters up to 3/4″ can be produced on steel or any exotic material with our gun drilling processes. Drilling asymmetrical parts and cylindrical components with concentric holes is our specialty. We gun drill holes to depths of up to 15″ on shafts, mandrels, and a variety of small to medium sized components. Our deep hole drilling techniques are widely used in manufacturing precision medical components, satellite fuel manifolds for the aerospace industry, and assembly units for car panels.

We use both single and double spindle, bed type gun drills that offer tight hole tolerances and minimal hole runout. The superior hole finishes facilitate easy assembly operations. With over 60 years of experience as a production shop, we are fully capable of handing long and short run gun drilling jobs. Mitutoyo CMM equipment is used to ensure that all hole diameters strictly comply with client specifications.
