Our tumbling and deburring services provide uniform, consistent finishes on all types of cast, machined, stamped, or extruded parts. Sweco and Almco vibratory finishing machines ensure precise, controlled deburring and finishing through distinctive three-dimensional vibratory motion of media. We use steel, ceramic, plus plastic tumbling media to remove flash and sharp edges. Surfaces of critical components can also be improved with our tumbling and deburring services. Enhanced deburring with wet/liquid compounds can be performed to prevent corrosion.
