Using both horizontal and vertical milling machines, we fabricate components from materials such as steel, stainless steel, and copper. Our milling machines can handle parts up to 15″ in width and 63″ in length. We finish previously machined components to precise tolerances on our Bridgeport mill. Value added services such as painting and plating are also offered for milled components. Rockwell hardness testing equipment ensures that material properties are maintained consistently in the milling process. The production process is controlled by our SPC program to ensure high quality in milled components. Our manual milling services are ideal for fabricating parts used in aerospace and medical applications.
